Job Description

• Accurately enters, updates, and maintains data in internal systems, databases, or spreadsheets
• Supports business operations by ensuring data is complete, organized, and reliable
• Performs routine data verification and correction using established guidelines
• Handles repetitive, high volume tasks requiring attention to detail and consistency
• Follows documented processes to maintain data quality, security, and confidentiality

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating systems, file management)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets at a basic level
• Ability to type accurately with consistent speed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Comfort handling repetitive tasks in a structured environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy guidelines
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet daily productivity expectations
