ROLE OVERVIEW
The Process Transformation Consultant supports enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives by executing structured process discovery, future-state design, automation orchestration, and performance monitoring activities.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr

Required Skills & Experience
This role operates within an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) operating model, translating process insights into structured work items for AI automation, RPA, and engineering teams. The role does not require production coding but requires strong technical fluency to support agentic AI-enabled automation and governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Discovery & Analysis (As-Is)
- Execute process discovery using task and process mining tools
- Analyze workflows using KYP.ai and iGrafx Process360 Live
- Document baselines and identify improvement opportunities
Future-State Design (To-Be)
- Create future-state process models using iGrafx
- Apply Structured BPM, SIPOC, DMAIC, and Value Stream Mapping
- Assist in defining AI and RPA automation candidates
Automation Orchestration & Delivery Support
- Translate designs into user stories and requirements
- Support delivery teams using Claude Code for documentation and test artifacts
- Track progress and raise risks
Metrics, Governance & Monitoring
- Support KPI definition and dashboard inputs
- Assist with Responsible AI documentation, audit evidence, and model drift indicators
- Track benefits realization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement or automation roles
- Experience with process/task mining and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
