Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven Data Engineers to join a dynamic team focused on building scalable, production-grade data solutions. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in ambiguous environments, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and enjoy collaborating across cross-functional teams.
You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that power business-critical insights, while ensuring high standards of data accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformations (ETL/ELT)
• Perform data validation, debugging, and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity
• Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal impact
• Continuously improve existing data systems and contribute to backlog enhancements
• Maintain strong documentation, governance, and best practices across data workflows
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready data solutions with a focus on reliability and performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced SQL expertise (complex queries, optimization, and data validation)

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery

• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for data processing and automation

• Strong experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt)
• Exposure to large-scale data environments and cloud-native architectures
• Background in data modeling, warehousing, or analytics platforms
