This role will play a key part in the migration of franchising systems and will be deeply involved in early design conversations, requirements definition, and delivery execution.

The Product Manager will partner closely with internal product, engineering, and business stakeholders, as well as Tango Analytics, which will provide the core software platform, implementation services, and supporting engineers. This individual is expected to operate independently, bring strong domain expertise, and contribute immediately during the design and discovery phase ahead of a June project milestone.

The work is focused on the franchise management lifecycle, specifically within the construction project management and contractor management space. The ideal candidate has prior experience in franchising environments (QSR or non‑QSR), strong product leadership skills, and hands‑on exposure to Tango Analytics (GDI preferred) or equivalent platforms.

Compensation:

$55/hr to $58/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
