Job Description

The Commercial Operations Analyst drives profitable growth through analytics, pricing insights, and sales execution support. This role partners with Sales and Finance to improve commercial performance, optimize pipeline management, and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Analytics & Strategy
• Analyze customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth and margin opportunities
• Assess share of wallet and customer usage trends to uncover expansion opportunities
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support data-driven commercial strategy
Pricing & Margin Optimization
• Identify pricing, mix, and volume levers to expand margin
• Support pricing decisions, deal evaluation, and discount governance
Salesforce (SFDC) & Pipeline Management
• Manage pipeline reporting, stage movement, and closed-won KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy and hygiene (duplicates, stagnant opportunities, errors)
• Support improvements to pipeline governance, stage definitions, and approval workflows
Dashboards & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards for:
o Top growers / decliners
o Pipeline by customer and AVP
o Pipeline stage movement and conversion
• Support internal sales calls and leadership reviews with SFDC analytics and reporting
• Deliver analytics for QBRs, customer meetings, and OpCo presentations
Performance & ROI
• Measure ROI of commercial initiatives and go-to-market execution
• Align pipeline activity with revenue performance and key KPIs
Commissions
• Support commissions reporting and analysis aligned to sales performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years in FP&A, commercial analytics, or sales operations
• Strong Excel and data skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau and Salesforce
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

$100,000 to $110,000. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
