Job Description
Review documentation and adjudicate claims. Communicate with Customers, Dealers, Lender and Insurance companies to obtain documentation and guide through the claim process. This role can pay between 20-22 hourly depending on experience level.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of GAP and/or Insurance Claims processes
•Assist with calls as volume requires
Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience with insurance, financial documents and/or claims.
• Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Familiarity of vehicle loan processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong data entry/typing/10-key skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Excellent customer service skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Insurance license/background, compliance, or claims handling experience is preferred but not required
