Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Manager for a top SaaS technology client. This individual will play a critical role in owning and optimizing the systems that power customer-facing teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, enjoys partnering with senior leaders, and brings deep expertise in CRM and GTM platforms. This role offers the opportunity to influence system roadmaps, drive operational efficiency, mentor others, and directly impact how teams scale and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a remote-first environment.
Day-to-Day
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for assigned GTM systems
• Partner with GTM Operations and senior leaders to design scalable system strategies
• Ensure platforms are clean, accurate, governed, and optimized for analytics and forecasting
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend system or process improvements
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from discovery through post-launch review
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships, including performance and escalations
• Document and enforce system governance, configurations, and best practices
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall operational excellence
• Influence system roadmap, budget decisions, and technology lifecycle planning
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, legal, and reporting standards

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or customer support operations
• 5+ years administering core GTM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk (or similar ticketing/CRM systems)
• Deep hands-on experience owning and governing GTM systems in a high-volume SaaS environment
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and workflows
• Proven experience leading end-to-end system or process initiatives (scoping through adoption)
• Advanced understanding of sales, customer success, and/or support workflows
• Experience ensuring data accuracy, governance, compliance, and reporting integrity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting both Sales/Customer Success and Customer Experience tech stacks
• Background with tools such as Gong, Outreach, Distribution Engine, RingLead, Clearbit, Ada, Loris, or Assembled
• Experience leading system rationalization, consolidation, or cost-optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with PLG, SLG, or hybrid GTM models
• Experience implementing automation, workflow enhancements, or AI/ML-driven solutions
• Prior experience mentoring or developing junior operations or systems team members
• Experience operating in distributed, remote-first organizations
