Job Description
The Business Support Manager provides business-facing operational oversight for one or more applications using read-only production access. On a daily basis, they validate post-release and ongoing production results to ensure data accuracy and processing outcomes align with business expectations. They review reports, outputs, and processed data to confirm business rules are being applied correctly. The role serves as the primary business contact for operational validation, issue awareness, and clarification questions. They support audit and compliance activities by verifying business results rather than executing system or configuration changes. This position does not perform coding, configuration, or technical remediation. Instead, it focuses on monitoring stability, ensuring confidence in production outcomes, and escalating concerns to the appropriate technical teams when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in business application support, operations, or production oversight
• Strong ability to perform production validation and monitoring
• Proven experience verifying data accuracy and processing outcomes against business expectations
• Experience serving as a business point of contact for production issues and validations
• Familiarity with audit, risk, and compliance support activities
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in read only production environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Prior exposure to post release validation or production result verification
• Familiarity working alongside technical support or development teams (without performing remediation)
• Experience supporting applications with regulatory or compliance oversight
