Senior Computer Systems Engineer

The Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect drives performance and improvement across the M365 environment by managing core services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive; administering the Office 365 tenant; leading M365 Copilot deployment; communicating service updates; and implementing Microsoft Purview for governance and compliance. The role ensures seamless identity integration with Azure AD, strengthens security through MFA, conditional access, DLP, IRM, and encryption, and uses PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate operations. It also supports Power Platform adoption, develops governance and COE frameworks, manages Intune for device and application security, and maintains clear technical documentation to support ongoing infrastructure reliability and organizational productivity.

Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:



Compensation:

$50/hr to $55/hr.



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- Bachelors Degree and 6 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong experience in Identity Management, Microsoft Defender, Power Platform, Intune, and Powershell Scripting
