Job Description
The Americas People Business Partner Lead serves as a senior HR operational expert for the Americas region (United States, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM). This role partners closely with business leaders and the People Team to provide expert consultation on complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and foster a fair, safe, and engaging work environment. The role also leads HR process improvements and acts as a trusted advisor in a fast‑paced, highly transformative technology environment.

Day to Day
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations, restructuring actions, and employee lifecycle events (ingress/egress).
• Address and resolve employee concerns in a manner that mitigates risk while maintaining a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
• Act as a credible and trusted advisor to People Team leaders and business leaders through strong business acumen, organizational awareness, and influencing skills.
• Serve as the People (HR) operational subject matter expert for the Americas region.
• Lead and shape HR process efficiencies by identifying improvement opportunities, prioritizing compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Manage multiple priorities with urgency while leading projects and initiatives that support HR operational excellence.

Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:

Compensation:

$27/hr to $29/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR operational excellence role, HR COE, and/or HR Business Partner role in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a technology or highly transformative environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage conflicting priorities, and follow through on implementation.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work effectively across multi‑functional and cross‑functional teams.
• High level of diligence and accuracy with compliance, data management, and reporting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of technology employees and the talent challenges associated with tech‑driven organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve HR process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• SPHR-CP or PHR certification.
