Job Description
Insight Global is looking to help their client identify a Data Analytics Platform Administrator owns the administration, stability, and governance of the organization’s analytics platforms across on‑premises systems, Microsoft cloud services, and AWS. This role ensures Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake operate reliably, securely, and cost‑effectively while supporting analytics teams and business users. The focus is platform health, access management, capacity planning, and cross‑cloud coordination rather than report development or database engineering.
Compensation:
$58/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands on experience administering PowerBI
- Previous experience configuring and maintaining on premise gateways
- Manage workspaces, user access, and role-based permissions across departments
- Configure and support data gateways for on‑premises and hybrid data sources
- Monitor and manage dataset refresh schedules, failures, and performance issues
- Enforce data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Support Power BI licensing, workspace organization, and capacity management
- Troubleshoot issues related to reports, datasets, refresh errors, and user access
Maintain documentation and best practices to support consistent Power BI usage
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PowerShell experience as it relates to automating administrative tasks
- Microsoft Fabric administration experience in production environments
Snowflake platform exposure or Snowflake SnowPro certification
