Job Description
We are seeking Product Managers to join the Product Management Office, reporting to the Group Product Manager of Supply Chain. This role owns supply chain systems within the four walls of the distribution center, focusing on enhancing, upgrading, and modernizing existing platforms that enable warehouse and distribution operations.
This is not greenfield development. You will work on existing systems with a forward looking mindset, helping guide enhancements and future replacement strategies while partnering closely with business and technology teams.

What You’ll Do
• Own and manage supply chain–focused products that support distribution center operations
• Work across the end to end supply chain, including transportation, replenishment, planning, and warehouse operations
• Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery, including:
o Gathering and defining requirements
o Participating in design and solution planning
o Supporting development, testing, release, and deployment
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and supply chain stakeholders
• Balance product ownership with strong collaboration alongside project management teams (milestones, timelines, delivery planning)
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and long term system modernization efforts
$55/hr to $65/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, with strong exposure across:
o Distribution centers/warehouse operations
o Transportation
o Replenishment and planning
o Last mile distribution
• Experience in Product Management or Project Management, including: (preference to heavier product management)
o Delivering solutions from beginning to end or mid to end
o Hands on involvement in discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment
o Writing and managing requirements and product documentation
• Product focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in project driven environments
• Experience supporting ERP systems such as SAP, Manhattan Active, Blue Yonder
o Preferably SAP (S/4 or WMS) but also open to other modules
• Experience working with existing enterprise systems, including enhancement and replacement initiatives
