Job Description

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and executing all assigned tasks required to successfully install commercial electrical and energy conservation projects. This role includes ensuring a safe, clean, and prepared jobsite while supervising installation crews and directly performing installation work as needed to meet daily production goals.

The Electrical Foreman must work in the safest possible manner while following all National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, OSHA regulations, and client processes, procedures, and practices.

Required Skills & Experience

-4+ years of commercial electrical experience; solar project experience preferred.
-Active electrical license (state‑appropriate).
-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
-Strong understanding of AC electrical systems, conduit systems, communication circuits, inverters, and transformers.
-Experience working on rooftops in commercial or industrial environments.
-Proven experience leading crews, supervising direct reports, or overseeing job sites.
