Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Outside Sales Representative to grow business in Greenville. In this role, you’ll build a strong pipeline, develop trusted partnerships, and guide opportunities from initial prospecting all the way through project execution.

What You’ll Do:
Lead proactive prospecting efforts to uncover new bid opportunities and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturing facilities, architects

Use Salesforce to identify, qualify, and track opportunities, ensuring accurate documentation of activity and progress.

Clearly communicate how access solutions support both current project needs and future customer challenges.

Conduct job site walks to gather scope details and support accurate estimating and proposal development.

Partner with sales and construction managers to assemble equipment lists, estimate labor, determine testing and orientation requirements, plan freight, and build pricing

Support contract execution by collaborating with the branch contracts manager to move agreements through the approval process.

Work with the project controls team to ensure timely, accurate billing and proper capture of change orders.

Be present during project startup to ensure construction teams have clear direction and alignment.

Coordinate with the prequalification team to get approval with new customers and added to bidder lists.

Identify upsell opportunities across our full product portfolio, including Quikdeck, HAKI, mast climbers, construction elevators, sidewalk protection, trash chutes, loading docks, and shoring solutions.

Report weekly activity and results to regional and branch sales leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

· Prior experience in scaffold or construction-related sales, particularly contracts involving labor.
· Prior construction industry experience.
· Intermediate or better capability with Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Prior experience cost estimating scaffold and work access projects.
• An engineering, drafting, or construction estimating background.
