Job Description
The AEM Developer will support Invesco product teams building and enhancing institutional applications, internal admin tools, and customer‑facing platforms. The role is focused on Adobe‑based front ends with strong React and Java integration, supporting new holdings and commentary features, custom investment models taken to market to stay competitive, and ongoing enhancements to the AMBs application. The developer will operate in a mature Agile environment, actively participating in refinement sessions, daily standups, and close coordination with lead engineers, designers, and solution architects. Architecture and design are largely defined upfront, with the developer owning execution through implementation and delivery, including coordination across the squad and handling customer‑specific change requests. The pay range for this role is $20-30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience (3+ years)
React frontend development experience
Java 17 or 18 backend experience (minimum 3+ years)
Experience building end‑to‑end applications (not just coding tasks)
Solid understanding of APIs and integrations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (refinement, daily standups)
Ability to collaborate closely with lead engineers, designers, and solution architects
Experience supporting customer‑specific requests and new feature development
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with institutional or financial services applications
Exposure to external identity services
Experience with custom models or analytics platforms
