Job Description
We are seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer / Windows Server Engineer to support and evolve a hybrid infrastructure environment as the organization continues its migration from on‑premises data centers to Microsoft Azure. This role will partner closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure cloud and Windows platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services
Administer and optimize Windows Server environments (on‑prem and Azure-hosted)
Support Azure migrations from on‑prem environments, including workload assessments, buildouts, and cutovers
Manage Active Directory / Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services
Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
Partner with security teams on patching, hardening, and compliance best practices
Document architectures, configurations, and operational procedures
Provide tier‑3 support and guidance to junior engineers and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering / administration
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure in production environments
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Active Directory & Group Policy
Azure IaaS (VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage)
Experience with hybrid environments (on‑prem + cloud)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Azure Virtual Desktop Experience
