Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Anodizing & Chromate Line Operator for a top manufacturing and metal finishing client. This candidate will support anodizing, hardcoat, and chromate production lines while learning specialized chemical finishing processes from experienced operators. The ideal individual is dependable, eager to learn a skilled trade, and motivated to grow long-term in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to build a stable and in-demand skillset within industrial operations.

Day-to-Day
• Assist in operating anodizing, hardcoat, and chromate finishing lines
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently
• Monitor process timing and quality standards
• Learn chemical handling and finishing processes
• Support routine maintenance of tanks and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols
• Work closely with a senior operator for hands-on training

Direct Placement Roles:
Compensation:
$40,000 to $60,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
