Job Description
We are looking for an Epicor ERP Specialist to support one of our larger customers within the Manufacturing/Transit industry. This client has been growing in Brazil and looking to expand their local team. The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable collaboration, messaging, identity, and endpoint management solutions while partnering with IT, security, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom solutions across Microsoft 365
• Refactor existing workflows and update technical documentation
• Work with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power BI, Teams integrations, and Microsoft Graph API
• Architect scalable solutions aligned with business needs and best practices
• Modernize legacy applications to the M365 platform
• Develop custom workflows, forms, and process automations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements
• Document solutions and operational procedures

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM fields
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 development
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, CSOM, JSOM
• Hands on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Forms
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and ServiceNow API
• Solid understanding of M365 architecture, security, and administration
• Fluent spoken and written English
