Job Description
We are looking for an Epicor ERP Specialist to support one of our larger customers within the Manufacturing/Transit industry. This client has historically been an Oracle shop but have recently started to invest in Epicor as part of their ERP strategy, specifically Epicor Cloud (Kinetic). They currently have 4 sites running on Epicor right now and looking to have another 20+ sites to go live with Epicor. This role is the start to building out an Epicor COE within their organization to support the Epicor ERP environment and support implementations at new sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Support operations management for the L&M business
• Act as a generalist Epicor ERP Kinetic specialist
• Partner with business and IT teams to stabilize and enhance ERP usage

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic)
o Kitentic is cloud version of Epicor
• Proven experience supporting Epicor upgrades, implementations, or optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operations processes
