Job Description

Insight Global is seeking highly skilled Pipefitters to work onsite in Kings Bay, GA performing the following tasks:

- Cut existing and new piping joints
- End prep existing and new piping joints
- Fit -up existing and new piping joints
- Complete required documents and QA forms
- Disassemble mechanical joints
- Inspect mechanical joints
- Assemble mechanical joint
- Install test gear and test pumps for testing
- Inspect piping to certify systems
- Troubleshoot and test ship’s components
- Communicate safe execution of test
- Restore system to normal ship's condition

Required Skills & Experience

- Security Clearance: Must be eligible for or hold an active security clearance (due to defense -
related work).

- 2+ yrs recent, relevant experience on submarines or naval or commercial ship repair experience, or equivalent experience in a heavy industrial environment performing the Typical Trade Task identified.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift at least 50+ lbs,
• Be able to climb ladders and maneuver within small spaces inside submarines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Certifications: OSHA 10 (active), Confined Space (IG to provide candidates)
