Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This person will be responsible for processing and tracking change notices to support the field service material requirements. They will validate material requirements across multiple internal systems, ensure punch list information is accurate and complete, and then create, process, and track change notices from start to finish. Additionally, they will source replacement parts and materials when required. This role will require consistent communication with the field service, procurement, warehouse, shipping and accountings teams to ensure timely and accurate results. The established salary for this role is $80,000-85,000, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, materials coordination, or supply chain operators within a field service or manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience using ERP or order management systems to process and track material orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
