Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Manager/Director of Business Development for a mission-driven professional organization focused on advancing diverse sales talent nationwide. Required Skills & Experience

5–7+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Partnerships, or Consultative Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven consultative selling experience with ability to create customized, high-value packages
Experience managing and growing corporate partner relationships
Strong negotiation skills with full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close)
Ability to track, forecast, and report revenue and pipeline activity
Strong work ethic, fast learner, and comfort operating in a leadership environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM / sales tracking tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

10+ years of relevant business development or partnership experience
Experience in nonprofit, education, or professional development organizations
Prior work with corporate foundations or CSR programs
Master’s degree
Demonstrated history of contributing beyond defined job scope
Experience supporting or monetizing conferences and large-scale events
