Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Support and manage an Azure-based environment, including:
○ Active Directory
○ Email systems
○ Hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + Microsoft 365)
• Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to review ongoing tasks
• Work from tickets and project-based initiatives using the KACE ticketing system
• Collaborate closely with the team during the initial ramp-up period, then independently own projects
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts (heavy scripting environment)
• Support and enhance Intune configurations (experience strongly preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience
• CompTIA A+ certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice-to-Haves
• Microsoft-specific certifications (M365, Azure, etc.)
• Azure experience and/or Azure certifications
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Microsoft Intune experience
