Job Description

The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategy, digital and omni-channel growth initiatives, and vendor partnerships. This role will manage the Marketing Coordinator and be responsible for driving performance across SEO, campaigns, and external marketing partners. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and focused on measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator to help develop content, graphics and coordinator work efforts.
• Partner with sales and leadership to align marketing with revenue objectives.

SEO & Digital Performance
• Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page) to improve visibility and inbound lead flow.
• Hands on knowledge of paid search and natural search SEO and applications in digital footprints.
• Manage SEO agencies and monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Design and redesign of website, manage implementation and ongoing updates via website content management system.

Marketing Print Materials and Other Collateral
• Drive and execute design and redesign of print marketing collateral (design, layout and manage from design to completion).
• Implement campaigns of print collateral to attract new customers and implement attribution/tracking in CRM and report out to executive team.
• Design and implement similar print collateral for trade shows, recruiting efforts and new hire marketing materials.

Vendor Management
• Oversee and evaluate marketing vendors, ensuring accountability, attribution, and ROI.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to improve efficiency and results.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and performance reporting.

Campaign Oversight
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, print brochure ware and print collateral, and social.
• Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging and measurable performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing including leadership responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and analytics
• Experience managing agencies and vendor relationships in a sales organization
• Proven experience developing and managing the implementation of content for omni-channel marketing efforts for B2B lead generation marketing professional services
• Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to business growth
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Lead generation management of a sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Graphic design background
