IAM Product Manager

A restaurant industry client of Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role will oversee the strategy for implementing an IAM (Identity Access Management) solution for franchisee locations for 6 notable restaurant brands. This person needs to have experience working with an IAM product in the past. They will work closely with the restaurant admin portal Product Manager because this functionality will integrate into that portal. This integration will allow for seamless password resets, access to technology, and seamless authentication through the portal. This person needs to have a strong ability to build relationships and interact with franchise owners. This person also needs to understand building a product that will be used by end users who are responsible for driving sales, so each functionality and feature is important. Working closely with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, this person will ensure alignment with business objectives and meet market demands effectively.

Compensation:
$65/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• 6+ years of experience of product management practices, agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience.
• End user design thinking skills
• This person is expected to have experience driving a portal experience for a set of end users
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience implementing or supporting an Identity Access Management (IAM) Product
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives.
• This person is expected to work on a complex product with multiple brands
• Strong relationship building ability

• Experience working with Oracle Identity Management, Ping as a solution, or Octa Identity Now
• Restaurant industry experience
