Job Description
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across the IDS (Information & Digital Systems) organization and develop targeted recruitment strategies to support a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment.
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for primarily IDS roles (approximately 60%), including cybersecurity engineers, front‑end developers, back‑end developers, and other technical positions, as well as select non‑technical corporate roles as needed. Responsibilities include job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and ongoing engagement, with a strong emphasis on roles experiencing high volume and frequent movement within the IDS organization.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess both technical alignment and cultural fit and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and positive process.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive hiring strategies within the IT and cybersecurity space.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, clear communication and consistent follow‑up throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience overall, with a strong background in either corporate or agency recruiting environments.
2–3 years of IT recruiting experience, with demonstrated exposure to technical roles such as cybersecurity engineers, front‑end developers, back‑end developers, or related IDS positions.
Proven ability to successfully recruit for fast‑moving, high‑demand technical roles.
Strong understanding of IT and IDS talent markets, including candidate profiles, skill sets, and hiring challenges.
Experience recruiting for both agency and/or corporate environments preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
