We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Engineer to lead the development and deployment of agentic workflows and automation solutions. This role focuses on integrating generative AI into internal-facing applications and back-office processes to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving innovation through AI and automation.
Design and implement AI-powered automation using Power Automate and CoPilot agents
Build modular, agentic workflows with a 3–4 week timeline for initial testing
Collaborate with program manager to gather and document business requirements
Deliver scalable solutions that prioritize business automation over static models
Support VP-level initiatives with hands-on development and integration

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
Strong Azure experience
Proven background in automating business processes
Experience integrating Gen AI with Power Platform tools
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
