Must Haves:
Strong OTL experience
Has led at least 2 full OTL implementations
Experience in recent or current consulting industry is fine to offset not having a Bachelor's degree
Experience with Delivery
Excellent communication - huge emphasis

Multi-pillar experience (additional Oracle modules; Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence etc.)
