Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with strong SAP EWM and S/4HANA experience to support large scale initiatives in a distribution center–focused environment. This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in fast paced operational settings, can manage multiple interdependent projects, and excels at aligning technical delivery with business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end to end planning and execution for SAP EWM and S/4 related programs supporting distribution center operations.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and resource forecasts.
• Assemble and guide cross functional teams to ensure skills and strengths align with program needs.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying and mitigating potential impacts.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and third party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery success.
• Provide program level reporting, status updates, and financial oversight, including budget impacts and vendor coordination.
• Support contract negotiations, RFP/RFI processes, and overall vendor management efforts.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise program management standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• Hands on experience with SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong background supporting distribution center or warehouse centric environments.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to travel approximately 25% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with inventory strategy, inventory optimization, or inventory process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Proven ability to operate in environments with multiple priorities and complex dependencies.
