Staging & Configuration Analyst performs a wide variety of tasks related to the Technology Solution Center including staging & configuration, depot repair and warehouse functions. Responsible for the proper and accurate configuration of IT Hardware and meeting production goals

Required Skills & Experience
Updating status of devices in various software systems
develop and maintain documentation for staging processes.
Perform RMA & OBF processes for customer, supplier, manufacturers.
Install components into PC’s, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.
Load images, configurations and firmware onto PC’s, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.
Provide back-up support to other roles within the team, through cross-functional training and ongoing updates in that area.
Related technical experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, military experience, or college desired.
Excellent computer and communication skills.
Microsoft, or Other Office Suite Software.
