Staging and Configuration Analyst

Staging & Configuration Analyst performs a wide variety of tasks related to the Technology Solution Center including staging & configuration, depot repair and warehouse functions. Responsible for the proper and accurate configuration of IT Hardware and meeting production goals

 Updating status of devices in various software systems
 develop and maintain documentation for staging processes.
 Perform RMA & OBF processes for customer, supplier, manufacturers.
 Install components into PC’s, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.
 Load images, configurations and firmware onto PC’s, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.
 Provide back-up support to other roles within the team, through cross-functional training and ongoing updates in that area.
 Related technical experience
 High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, military experience, or college desired.
 Excellent computer and communication skills.
 Microsoft, or Other Office Suite Software.
