Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This person will be responsible for efficient and effective receipt, storage, and shipment of equipment, parts, and vendor components. This includes ensuring accountability for material, documenting the condition of material received into the warehouse, updating and maintaining inventory records, and segregating material as required. You will coordinate heavily with the manufacturing facilities, field service engineers, vendors, and transporters. The established salary for this role is $50-58,000, based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically working with parts (not retail, food/bev)
• Experience responding to queries concerning the status and disposition of equipment
• Experience operating a forklift and familiarity with safety procedures
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel (less than 20%) to IEM facilities or customer sites
