Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Delivery Manager that will be responsible for driving multiple client IT projects as well as internal IT initiatives. Project types widely vary but generally include: infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, SharePoint, Wi-Fi buildouts, site onboardings, Telecom/ISP upgrades, desktop replacements, line-of[1]business software deployments, mergers/acquisitions, BPO. The PM will directly interface with clients and the company’s virtual IT Directors and manage our cross-functional delivery and support teams at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of IT project Management experience
- Must have experience within MSP’s – isomeone managing 30+ projects minimum at a time (not looking for a PM managing one large project)
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365 projects involving SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams (preferred)
- Experience in managing cloud, infrastructure, and VoIP projects (preferred)
- Travel to client locations as needed
- Must have great communication skills
