Job Description
This TA Partner/Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing high-quality candidates through networking and diverse channels, conducting in-depth interviews, utilizing the organizations Total Rewards packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
105-120K depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience
• At least 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions in a corporate and/or agency environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles in a corporate environment.
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and other recruitment tools including candidate relationship management systems.
