Job Description
This role supports a portfolio of Korean automotive and manufacturing clients, acting as a strategic partner to help them scale, resolve operational issues, and strengthen long‑term relationships. The position is highly customer‑facing and requires fluency in Korean and English, along with a strong understanding of logistics or operations.
You’ll join a team that already includes several native Korean speakers across operations and development, and you’ll primarily manage 3–5 Korean accounts.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
-Maintain regular touchpoints with assigned accounts, including scheduled meetings and KPI‑driven check‑ins
-Prepare and deliver status reports, business reviews, and performance updates (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
-Provide data analysis and reporting to support customer decision‑making
-Handle escalations related to customs, ocean freight, and other operational issues
-Build and strengthen customer relationships to support account growth
-Identify opportunities to scale existing accounts
-Track revenue performance and monitor growth against targets
-Collaborate with internal operations teams (including Korean‑speaking ops staff) to resolve issues
-Spend time in the field with customers (typically one day per week)

Required Skills & Experience
-Fluency in Korean and English
-Experience in operations (logistics, supply chain, or similar)
-Ability to work in Excel
-Strong communication skills and a personable, relationship‑driven approach
-Comfort handling escalations and explaining operational processes
-Ability to work onsite in Atlanta and meet with customers in person
