Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of live music and comedy events. This role plays a critical part in ensuring events run smoothly from load‑in to load‑out, working closely with performers, vendors, and internal staff.

• Coordinate day‑of and pre‑event logistics for live music, comedy shows, and special events
• Serve as a point of contact for artists, performers, promoters, and vendors
• Assist with artist arrivals, soundchecks, show timelines, and backstage needs
• Support event setup and breakdown, including staging, seating, and guest flow
• Collaborate with venue management, bar staff, security, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
• Help manage event schedules, run‑of‑show documents, and internal communications
• Ensure a high‑quality guest experience before, during, and after events
• Assist with troubleshooting issues in real time during live events
• Support post‑event wrap‑up, feedback collection, and operational improvements

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3+ years of experience in event coordination, live music venues, entertainment, hospitality, or nightlife
• Experience working live events (music, comedy, performances, or festivals preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event‑based schedules
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast‑moving, high‑energy environments
• Strong interpersonal skills when working with artists, guests, and staff
• Physically able to assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in music venues, comedy clubs, or entertainment spaces
• Experience coordinating artist logistics or working with performers
• Familiarity with live event production or venue operations
• Local knowledge of the Savannah entertainment scene is a plus
