Job Description

The Change Management Analyst will support a large-scale transformation effort across 20+ active portfolios. As portfolios evolve and decisions are finalized, this role focuses on capturing, analyzing, and aggregating change impacts to clearly articulate how changes affect team members, customers, and partners. The role emphasizes understanding what team members will actually experience, ensuring change information is logged accurately, summarized consistently, and presented in a sustainable, usable format.
The Change Management Analyst will not execute changes but will serve as a central point for documenting, analyzing, and communicating change impacts across portfolios.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in Change Management, Organizational Change, Communications, or L&D supporting complex programs.
Demonstrated experience analyzing change data and producing clear, consumable insights.
Strong skills in Excel and/or Smartsheet (comfortable with large, multi-sheet files).
Ability to structure ambiguity, ask sharp questions, and quickly learn unfamiliar portfolios.
Stakeholder engagement strength: you work well with people, can sit in for meetings you missed, and still synthesize the narrative.
M&A exposure (understanding how integrations drive large-scale change).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Banking/Financial Services background.
Smartsheet dashboards/reporting design.
