Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven HR Project Manager to join our Global PMO team. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent initiatives (up to three at a time) supporting global HR expansion, payroll transformation, talent and skills initiatives, and broader enablement projects. The ideal candidate brings strong project management methodology, excellent documentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build, track, and execute detailed project plans across complex, cross functional environments.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Develop, manage, and advance comprehensive project plans that support team goals, key milestones, and critical path activities.
• Facilitate test planning, release readiness, and quality assurance processes to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Oversee the end to end project lifecycle across multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
Timeline, Risk & Deliverable Management
• Ensure timely project completion by proactively tracking tasks, managing risks, and driving accountability across teams.
• Communicate progress regularly with leadership, including schedule updates, quality considerations, budget/cost oversight, and change management needs.
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks early, conduct detailed analysis, and partner with management on swift and effective corrective actions.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between project scope, requirements, and broader business objectives.
• Translate business strategies into actionable project deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct regular meetings, status reviews, and strategy sessions with leadership to ensure visibility into project status and next steps.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with HR leaders, business owners, IT partners, and global SMEs to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Support organizational readiness and adoption by coordinating across functions and markets.
• Promote best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
• 3–6 years of hands on project management experience, ideally within HR, payroll, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating readiness for a global PMO role.
• Foundational understanding of payroll processes and their dependencies within complex, multi country operations.
• Strong HR domain knowledge, including familiarity with talent, skills, or enablement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strengths in planning, documentation, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.

• PMP Certification or formal project management training.
