Job Description

• Perform due diligence investigations for new project acquisitions including identifying project constraints, preparing cost estimates, and reviewing third-party engineering plans
• Assist in preparation of concept plans for new project acquisitions
• Prepare Lot Fits to confirm house product line-up
• Lead Designer on single-family residential projects
• Facilitate design plan production for regulatory agency approvals, including agency permitting coordination

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Engineering
• Licensed PE or current EIT & Eligible to obtain PE license soon
• 3-5 years of single family residential experience
• Experience in AutoCAD Civil3D
• Experience working with jurisdictions in the Atlanta Region
• Experience preparing Hydrology Studies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience managing EITs or graduate engineers
