Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Workforce Solutions/Staffing Industry clients and sit fully remote. This person will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams and work directly with users across the organization to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those insights into clear, actionable requirements. They will manage product requirements in Jira, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and work alongside development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. A key aspect of this role involves understanding and optimizing system integrations, particularly within the Bullhorn ecosystem. The Product Manager will be proactive in identifying opportunities for innovation, highly organized in managing multiple workstreams, and eager to learn about both the business and technology landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Experience working with complex programs, providing long-term solutions and perspective to deliver tech products or solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bullhorn and/or Salesforce (administration, configuration, or business process design)
• Staffing Industry background
