Job Description

Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst will provide cross-functional support to internal HR customers through both project-based work and day‑to‑day application support. This role is primarily focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with specialization in role-based permissions, core workflows, data integrity, reporting, and system configuration. The individual will also contribute to system enhancements and project work including gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, configuring system updates, and executing comprehensive testing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (RBP, workflows, business rules, foundational objects).
• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit evaluations.
• Lead HR technology initiatives related to Employee Central and HR data processes.
• Support implementation of new modules, features, and functionality.
• Write functional specifications and detailed test plans.
• Develop and maintain HR/People analytics dashboards and reports.
• Perform thorough testing across environments to ensure system accuracy.
• Support integrations between EC and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot replication/data-flow issues.
• Resolve escalated end-user issues and provide Tier 1/2 HRIS support.
• Create and deliver end-user training materials.
• Partner with AMS vendor on ticket resolution and project deliverables.

About the Role
The HRIS Analyst provides both day-to-day application support and project-based delivery across our HR systems. This role is heavily focused on SuccessFactors Employee Central, including role-based permissions, workflows, data quality, reporting, and integrations. You’ll also support UKG WFM, ECP, and ServiceNow (preferred), working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners.

What You’ll Do
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Support UKG WFM and ECP processes and troubleshoot replication/integration issues.
• Conduct process analysis and gather business requirements.
• Lead or support HR technology projects.
• Resolve Tier 1/2 HRIS tickets and document in ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Perform comprehensive system testing.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with AMS providers to manage tickets and drive improvements.


This is a 100% remote role working EST hours. Pay rate is between 55-70/hr. determined by the hiring manager during the interview process based on years of experience and alignment with their needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Experience supporting HRIS environments (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG).
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and structured testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot HR system issues including replication and data errors.
• Broader HRIS experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG) beneficial.
• ServiceNow experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Exposure to Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Learning.
• Familiarity with ECP or UKG WFM configuration.
• UKG Workforce Management experience is a plus, not required.
