Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a client of ours in the Atlanta, GA are with hiring an Office Manager/Coordinator for an opening they have. We’re looking for a proactive, senior‑minded Office Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. This person will serve as the operational backbone of the office—ensuring seamless daily operations, anticipating needs, planning company events/trips, and bringing structure and leadership presence. This role is well‑suited for someone who has spent time supporting or working within sales organizations, understands the urgency and follow‑through required, and enjoys being the “go‑to” person who keeps everything running smoothly.

- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a smooth, organized, and professional environment.
- Manage supplies, vendor relationships, facilities needs, and general office logistics.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all office‑related issues, escalating as needed.
- Implement and maintain systems that improve efficiency, workflow, and communication.
- Support leadership and team members with scheduling, administrative tasks, and coordination.
- Help keep the team “ahead of the curve” by tracking key deadlines, prepping materials, and smoothing communication.
- Plan company trips, team events, and offsites, handling logistics, travel arrangements, agendas, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience as an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role—preferably within a sales, recruiting, or high‑growth environment.
- Demonstrated proactivity, strong judgment, and a “see the problem before it becomes one” mindset.
- Ability to command a room with professionalism and authority while remaining warm and approachable.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; thrives in a role with competing demands.
- Strong communication, follow‑through, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfort coordinating events, travel, and multi‑step logistics with multiple stakeholders.
