You will work primarily within the Marketing team but will collaborate closely with Sales and

objectives.

Key Responsibilities

evolving our visual language while ensuring strict consistency across all customer
touchpoints.
● Sales Enablement & Presentations: Design high-impact sales decks
(PowerPoint/Google Slides) and one-pagers for sales presentations and conferences.
Design Operations & Project Management
● Jira Management: Own the design workflow within Jira. You will be responsible for
organizing tasks, managing the creative backlog, tracking progress, and ensuring
deadlines are met.
● Asset Management: Own the organization and architecture of all design platforms,
cloud storage, and file servers.
● Process & Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce strict file naming conventions
and folder structures to ensure assets are organized and easily retrievable by the wider
team.
Marketing & Content Production
● Framer Website Management: Manage the company website via Framer, including
regular maintenance and building new landing pages to drive traffic.
● Integrated Campaigns: Design and produce high-quality collateral including brochures,
digital ads, print ads, social media graphics, and trade show banners/booths.
● Video & Motion: Lead the creation and editing of engaging video content, including
product walkthroughs, demo reels, and promotional clips.
● Web & Digital Assets: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams
to design assets for product marketing.
