Job Description

The Project Support Analyst will provide critical administrative and logistical support to the Switchboard and Equipment Installer teams. This role ensures timely material ordering and tracking, manages print packages, assists with project logistics, and supports fleet management. The analyst will act as a liaison between the PMO organization and field teams, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
A. Materials Ordering and Tracking

Coordinate and track material orders for Switchboard Foremen, Inspectors, and Equipment Installer CFMs.
Maintain up-to-date material status in a shareable format (e.g., spreadsheet or Teams page).
Communicate material availability to teams and ensure readiness before pre-construction meetings.

B. Print Packages

Procure and deliver print packages from the print shop for Switchboard projects.

C. Project Logistics & Administrative Support

Submit PO requests and initiate vendor contact as needed.
Update weekend work notifications, workload trackers, P6 schedules, and crew assignments.
Track contract personnel changes and manage X2 Contractor records.
Assist CFMs with team member and Foundry project updates.
Serve as liaison between PMO and field teams.

D. Training & Integration

Participate in hands-on training with Switchboard Shop, Equipment Installer CFMs/Foremen, Teams application experts, and Project Controls.
Collaborate with construction support and project management assistants.

E. Fleet Management

Support fleet resource management for Switchboard and Equipment Installer teams.
Track fleet assignments (vehicles, key fobs) and specialized equipment (Bowser and Bread trucks).

F. Process Support

Assist with evolving work authorization processes and ensure compliance with available tools.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
Strong organizational and tracking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to learn operational processes through hands-on training.
Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and PMO organization.
