Job Description
We are preparing for our next level of growth and are seeking a highly capable, people-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to bring structure, accountability, and leadership to our dynamic studio.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves organizing a creative environment and helping a growing business run smoothly. You will manage an 8-person team, own daily operations, improve production and fulfillment workflows, enhance inventory systems, and partner closely with the founders to support strategic growth.
You’ll be the operational backbone of the company — ensuring clarity, communication, and consistency across all departments.
What You Will Lead:
Team Leadership
· Directly manage production, shipping, admin, and social media teams (8 staff).
· Run daily stand-ups and weekly team syncs.
· Set clear expectations and ensure accountability.
· Create a positive, structured, and professional studio culture.
Production & Workflow
· Oversee daily jewelry production and ensure deadlines are met.
· Identify bottlenecks and implement efficient workflows.
· Improve quality control and product flow from creation → fulfillment.
· Coordinate production for seasonal demand and major sorority events.
Shipping & Fulfillment
· Oversee order fulfillment and ensure accurate, timely shipping.
· Improve pick/pack processes and staffing coverage.
· Maintain excellence in customer experience.
Inventory & Materials
· Implement and manage CraftyBase/Shopify inventory systems.
· Maintain accurate raw materials and finished goods counts.
· Coordinate materials purchasing and restock planning.
Systems & Organization
· Create SOPs across production, admin, and fulfillment.
· Implement project management workflows.
· Improve cross-team communication and visibility.
Events & Special Projects
· Support logistics for trunk shows, studio events, magazine shoots, and special collections.
· Coordinate schedules, staffing, and preparation.

Required Skills & Experience
What We’re Looking For:
· 3–10+ years of operations experience in e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, creative studios, small-batch production, or small business environments.
· Experience managing teams of 5–15 people.
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Familiarity with Shopify, Klayvio, inventory systems, and workflow tools.
· Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and proactive.
· Thrives in a creative, fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Loves creating structure and improving systems.
