Job Description
• Maintain close communication with team members regarding active jobs and project issues.
• Address project challenges and coordinate with field engineers for resolution.
• Ensure accurate cost estimation and validate estimates created by others.
• Apply NESC code knowledge in day-to-day operations.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and guidance focused on power distribution processes.
• Review engineering directives for feasibility and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of distribution construction and related engineering principles.
• Experience in QC and engineering review processes.
• Ability to interpret directives and assess project feasibility.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on training and mentoring team members.
• Former experience explaining QC work and teaching technical concepts.
