Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Analyst to provide comprehensive end-user support and maintain IT infrastructure across our office or region. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and infrastructure systems, and will play a key role in supporting business initiatives and ensuring operational continuity.
Day to Day:
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Manage IT infrastructure and systems, including network equipment, servers, and cloud-based technologies like GSuite and BetterCloud.
• Administer access and security, perform audits, and support compliance activities such as PCI and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Support technical projects and service operations, collaborating with the Service Desk, NOC, and other teams to implement business initiatives.
• Maintain IT assets and tools, including inventory tracking, MDM solutions, VPN support, and deployment of system images via MDT.
Compensation:
• $10/hr to $12/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Entry level IT support or right out of college with IT background
• Experience in Windows and Mac OS
• Experience in practical troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Previous experience in customer service role/client facing role
• Tech Support background or technology background eager to grow in the tech support space
• Self-starter/self-sufficient (no direct management onsite)
• Local language and business English
