Job Description
We are seeking 2 Cloud Support Engineer to join our onshore team in India. The role focuses on supporting AWS accounts and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across Linux and Windows servers. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain SLAs, and collaborate with offshore and onshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide AWS account support for over 400 servers.
• Monitor systems and manage tickets via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot memory, network, and performance issues across Linux and Windows servers.
• Work within established SLAs to resolve incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and vendors
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Hourly Rate: $10-15/HR

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda.
• Background in Linux and Windows administration
o Troubleshoot memory, network, and performance issues across Linux and Windows servers.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking concepts and system performance tuning
