Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join one of our staffing industry clients and sit fully remote. This person will be joining the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Implementation objective and will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Bullhorn Onboarding. They will be responsible for driving discovery, design, build, and implementation phases while working closely with agile delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality build and deployment of onboarding features. This Product Manager will define/communicate the product vision (and roadmap) ensuring it aligns with omni-channel talent and client solution goals in response to feedback and analysis through release strategies (MVP, phased rollouts). This role is critical to delivering a unified, frictionless onboarding experience for recruiters, talent, and clients, as part of the broader digital transformation and Front Office modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in digital onboarding, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS environments
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and implementation of complex digital products
• Strong business acumen/communication and understanding of enterprise goals, financial drivers, and digital strategy.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis while leading through influence rather than authority
• Experience with agile/lean delivery, design thinking, and stakeholder management
