Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Quality Lead for our client in Fairburn, GA. Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring parts meet the standards for the service the customer requested
· Building document controls to ensure orders are clear about expectations from the customer for services provided
· Reviewing all failures and working with other leaders and customers to determine root cause failure analysis
· Creating and implementing procedures to ensure corrective action
· Preparing weekly reports that track quality and on-time performance
· Preparing quality reports for customers as needed
· Accurate counting and matching of items received from vendors, receipt entry in QuickBooks (eventually E2), and delivery of items to the next station
· Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
· Coordinating and supporting internal and external ISO audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on audit findings
· Ensuring compliance with ISO certification requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
· Training and coaching team members on ISO procedures and audit readiness

Required Skills & Experience
· 4-Year Business Degree Strongly Preferred, Equivalent Experience Will Be Considered
· Minimum yellow belt, green belt preferred
· Minimum of 2 years experience as a quality technician
·Experience with ISO 9001:2015 certification and audit processes strongly preferred

- Experience in B2B production
