This team is within IT Supply chain and support the distribution and fulfillment space so any WMS experience is very helpful.
The contract Project Managers are responsible for leading and supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology and business initiatives. They work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Depending on experience level, Project Managers may focus on low-complexity initiatives or oversee multiple high-visibility, cross-functional programs.
Contract Project Managers are expected to manage project plans, develop status updates, track risks and issues, and coordinate communications across stakeholders. They play a key role in maintaining team alignment, driving accountability, and ensuring value delivery through cost-benefit analysis and vendor coordination.
Pay $50-55/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Key Tasks:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Facilitate risk identification and mitigation planning.
Lead or support change management efforts and ensure alignment across impacted teams.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
Additional Tasks by Experience Level:
Senior Project Managers / Technology Coordination Managers: Oversee multiple complex projects, coordinate across teams and departments, and ensure program alignment with business priorities. Serve as escalation points and provide leadership to junior project team members.
Staff Project/Program Managers: Lead a team of Project and Coordination Managers, manage strategic vendor relationships, and drive process improvement and organizational change initiatives. Responsible for team execution, development, and alignment across portfolios of high-impact work.
